The Orlando Pride acquired defender Haley Hanson in a trade with the Houston Dash on Thursday.
The Dash received $75,000 in allocation money and a second-round pick in the 2023 NWSL Draft in exchange for the 26-year-old veteran.
"We are thankful for the contributions Haley made to this club and throughout her time here in Houston," Dash president Jessica O'Neill said. "She is a phenomenal player and an even better person. We wish her the best in the next part of her career with Orlando."
Hanson had one goal and three assists in 80 matches (70 starts) with the Dash since being drafted No. 7 overall in 2018.
She helped Houston win its first championship at the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup.
