Transaction Will Establish Strong Presence in Northern New Jersey

JUPITER, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 26, 2022 / Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (OTCQB:TLSS), ('TLSS' or the 'Company'), a logistics service provider, announced today that on May 23, 2022, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, TLSS Acquisition, Inc. ('TLSSA'), ithad entered into a stock purchase agreement ('SPA') to acquire 100% of the outstanding stock of Freight Connections, Inc., a New Jersey based business offering an array of transportation, warehousing, consolidating, distribution, and local cartage services throughout the tri-state area.

The transaction is expected to close in 60 days, subject to the completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Company and obtaining certain third-party consents and financing.
